国家知識産権局は8月6日、一部の特許関連料金と減額政策の調整に関する公告（第594号）を発表しました。
公告によると、特許権者が特許権存続期間の補償請求を行う場合、1件当たり200元の特許権存続期間補償請求料を支払わなければなりません。審査の結果、特許権存続期間の補償請求が期間補償の条件を満たした場合、1件あたり年間8,000元の補償期間年金を納付する必要があります。なお、1年未満の部分は納付対象外となります 。
また、本公告には記載されていませんが、弊所が入手した公式情報によると、2024 年 7 月 26 日から、中国国内段階に移行する PCT 国際出願については、日本国特許庁を国際調査機関（ISA）として選択する場合、調査手数料の20％減額を適用できなくなりました。即ち、調査手数料は2,000元から2,500元に変更となりました。
